Shipping Policy
DHL worldwide is how we ship.
The typical processing period for all orders is 1-3 business days
Shipping time is 2-5 days
An order cannot be modified or canceled once it has been placed. Please be certain you include the right address. The address cannot be changed once your order has been submitted (unless I am unable to ship your items). We do allow online orders to be picked up 3-8 days after order being placed (contact shop).
Every purchase is final. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted! Before making a purchase, please read the product description. Feel free to get in touch with us whenever you have questions about any of our items.
Once your order is sent, you will automatically get a tracking number. From the time the order is placed, it takes 5-7 business days (processing time included) for the order to arrive.
(The buyer is responsible for paying any and all import taxes and fees.)
Sales are final; there is no return policy. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND DISPUTES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Please let us know within 5 days after receiving your order if you discover a manufacturer's problem, and you must postmark the item for return to us within 7 days. We will make every effort to make things right because we really believe in the quality of our offering.
