Shipping Policy

UPS is how we ship. Please get in touch with the shop directly for OVERNIGHT processing.The typical processing period for pre-orders is 5-7 business days
 On hand hair 1-3 business days.

An order cannot be modified or canceled once it has been placed. Please be certain you include the right address. The address cannot be changed once your order has been submitted (unless I am unable to ship your items). We do allow online orders to be picked up 4-6 days after order being placed (contact shop).

Every purchase is final. Refunds and exchanges are not accepted! Before making a purchase, please read the product description. Feel free to get in touch with us whenever you have questions about any of our items.

Once your order is sent, you will automatically get a tracking number. From the time the order is placed, it takes 8-12 for the order to arrive.

(The buyer is responsible for paying any and all import taxes and fees.)
When you will receive your hair after processing: 

UPS Express 1-3 days depending on location. 
UPS Standard 2-4 days depending on location. 

Sales are final; there is no return policy. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Please let us know within 5 days after receiving your order if you discover a manufacturer's problem, and you must postmark the item for return to us within 7 days. We will make every effort to make things right because we really believe in the quality of our offering. 
Once the order has left my care, I am not responsible for any lost, damaged, or tampered packaging. You would need to get in touch with UPS and file a lost package claim - (file your claim here)
